Refund policy
At Baby Adventurer, we take great care in providing quality products for infants and toddlers. We understand the importance of ensuring the safety and well-being of our young customers. Therefore, we have established a returns and exchanges policy to guarantee the highest standards of product integrity.
Returns
If you find it necessary to return a product, please adhere to the following guidelines:
(A) Return the product within 15 days of receiving it.
(B) Include the original packing slip.
Upon meeting these criteria, you will receive 100% store credit for the returned product. The store credit will be sent to the email address associated with the purchase. Please allow 5-7 business days for processing.
To initiate a return, kindly email support@babyadventurer.com for information on how and where to send your return, include your order number in the subject line of your email.
Once your return shipment has reached Baby Adventurer, please email our support team at support@babyadventurer.com with your order number and the tracking number of your return shipment. Once received, you will be issued a store credit code for the corresponding amount.
Please note that original shipping and handling charges will not be refunded, and any additional shipping charges incurred while using store credit will be your responsibility.
Exchanges
In the interest of the safety of infants and toddlers, we do not resell or exchange any products that have been returned to us. To initiate an exchange, please follow these steps:
(A) Return the product within 15 days of receiving it.
(B) Include the original packing slip.
(C) Include a request for the item you would like to exchange for.
Upon receiving the returned item, we will create a new order for the requested item, provided the value of the return covers the full cost. If it does not, we will send an invoice to your email before the exchanged item is shipped. Any remaining balance after the exchange will be issued as store credit to the email address associated with the order, which can be used for future purchases. Please allow 5-7 business days for processing.

Damaged Product
Baby Adventurer is committed to replacing any product that arrives damaged during the initial delivery.
If you receive a damaged product, please send an email to our support team at support@babyadventurer.com within 5 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and attach a picture of the damaged product(s).
Our support team will promptly review your request and provide you with a solution. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we will ensure that any damaged items are replaced to your complete satisfaction.
