Subsequently, you will receive another email once your order label has been generated, containing your unique tracking number. For order status updates, you can track your package by visiting usps.com/manage/ and entering your tracking number.
Estimated Delivery Time:
Once your order is fulfilled and processed, please allow 5-6 business days for delivery if you are located within the United States. An email notification will be sent to you once your package has been successfully delivered.
In total, the entire shipping process takes approximately 6-11 BUSINESS DAYS. Please note that we do not offer expedited shipping options at this time.

Please be aware that during holidays and sales events, shipping times may experience slight delays.

Our shipping rates are determined based on the weight of your ordered products and the weight of the shipping box. All shipments are sent via USPS Ground Advantage. The lightest packages will have a base shipping rate of $5.99, while larger orders will be subject to $5.99+ (depending on package weight). As a general rule, heavier packages will incur higher shipping costs. We do not provide expedited shipping services.
Please note that original shipping and handling charges will not be refunded for exchanges, returns, or shipments to incorrectly entered addresses.
INCORRECT ADDRESS:
Baby Adventurer will ship your order to the address provided during the checkout process. If your device "auto-fills" your address, please double-check to ensure it's the correct delivery address.
In the event of an incorrect address, contact our support team at support@babyadventurer.com with the subject line "INCORRECT ADDRESS." Please include your order number and the updated shipping address in your email. It's essential to send this email as soon as you notice the error.
